Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Once a horse has had the disease, what is the best way to help the animal gain condition?

Asked: 15/1/2008, 11:27 by Angela Morrison.
Answered: 20/1/2008, 21:44 by James Urry.

Once a horse recovers from AHS, they usually pick up quite quickly. Look for secondary problems which may have been masked by AHS and donít miss the basics like teeth and worming. A course of Vitamins such as Phosamine is always helpful.
