Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Saying that there is rarely more than 2 strains of AHS in an area. Can the strains move to different areas and new ones to our area? Therefore can't there be an area based vaccination that fight the most commen strains in that area?

There is no garantee that you will get the same strain in1 area every year. Furthermore you need several vaccinations to get immunity for each strain thus if you only cover one strain and are exposed to another you are seriosly at risk esp in an endemic area.
